"Modern Meat," the first-ever textbook on cultivated meat, has been released by the Cellular Agriculture Society (CAS), a US-based nonprofit devoted to creating awareness of farming meat products from cells instead of animals.
The first edition of the book represents a collaboration of more than 100 authors and 25-plus companies and universities in 18 countries, according to CAS.
