A former employee has filed a federal lawsuit (Case 1:22-cv-04498-JPB) against Aisha “Pinky” Cole, owner of plant-based restaurant chain Slutty Vegan, related to unpaid wages stemming from her time working at Atlanta's Bar Vegan, which is co-owned by Cole.
Bar Vegan co-owners Aaron Mattison and Jason Crain, president of Slutty Vegan, are also listed as defendants in the lawsuit.…
