Meatless Farm, a British plant-based brand that’s had a line of analogue burgers, has introduced meat-free breakfast sausage patties throughout Canada in partnership with the Fresh Pro Sales foodservice distributors.
Like the burger products, the sausage patties will be available as a 36-pack. The pea-based, soy-free blend tastes and mouthfeels more like red meat, the company says, and it’s both gluten-free and non-GMO.
