SCiFi Foods partners with MSU to test scaling of hybrid burgers

Cell-based meat startup SCiFi Foods has partnered with Michigan State University's Food Processing and Innovation Center to work on scaling up the brand's first product, a burger that combines both cultivated beef and plant-based beef.
