Cracker Barrel added Impossible Sausage as a plant-based option in its Build Your Own Breakfast menu in 2021, and named it as a part of the regular lineup again in a release this past June. But the chain’s regulars apparently didn’t notice — until Cracker Barrel decided to call out the option in a Facebook post on Monday.
