Quorn invests in Prime Roots, signs agreement to co-develop mycelium products.
Mycoprotein producer Quorn Foods is making a minority investment and partnering with vegan meat startup Prime Roots, the companies announced on Monday.
UK-based Quorn and Berkley, Calif.-based Prime will develop new products with mycelium-based technologies, according to an emailed release.
