Leading alt-protein organization fine-tunes its sought-after list of prospective investors.
The Good Food Institute has updated its directory of investors to help spur a continuing flow of funds into alternative protein development, the organization’s Startup Innovation Lead, Pat McAuley, said in a GFI newsletter.
