Belgian retailer stocks hybrids
Colruyt, a Belgian retail group, has added plant-enriched hybrid mince to its product range. The product is a combination of 60% beef and 40% broad bean flour. The company is reportedly also planning to roll out sausages with 25% mushrooms and seaweed and burgers containing 25% pumpkin.
