The Abu Dhabi Investment Office on Thursday announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with The EVERY Company and Vivici to accelerate the development of a protein fermentation ecosystem in Abu Dhabi.
The partnership is aimed at designing, financing and commercializing a 4-million-litre industrial-scale precision fermentation facility for alternative protein production that meets food safety and Halal standards.
