Cie co-founds analogue firm Longève

Irvine, California-based venture studio and innovation accelerator Cie has co-founded a company called Longève that offers a variety of shelf-stable pea protein products. Most alt-meat is soy-based, pre-made and refrigerated or frozen, but the company says its pea products are simpler and more versatile in use cases.
