Toronto-based alt-seafood maker New School Foods on Thursday announced that its flagship plant-based salmon filet is coming to more than 30 restaurants across Canada. In tandem, the company announced that its V1 production line, which enables production of its whole-cut filet at commercial scale, has been completed.
