Dutch alt-meat company raises funds to expand its mushroom-based analogue offerings.
MUCHgroup, based in The Netherlands, has raised €375,000 (US$435,360) from Remagine Foods to scale production of its meat alternatives made of shiitake mushrooms, according to a report in Vegconomist.
