The Good Foods Institute has launched both a collaborative research directory and a scientific research database to connect alternative protein researchers with, respectively, their complementary peers, and relevant studies being conducted and released around the globe.
GFI believes the research directory will break down silos among academia, industry and government, as well as between various research disciplines, building connections that will amplify and speed along individual researchers’ work.
