Dutch cultivated meat firm Meatable on Wednesday announced that Aris de Rijke will take over day-to-day leadership of the company from Jeff Tripician. The change is, according to a news release, “designed to capitalize on the opportunities created by its recent acquisition of Uncommon Bio’s cultivated meat platform.”
