Fund for Plant-Based Foods unveils its first projects, focusing on developing demand.
The Danish government's Fund for Plant-Based Foods on Monday announced the first 36 projects it will fund in an effort to advance the production and consumption of plant-based foods. All told, the selected projects will receive DKK 58.2 million (US $8.5 million).
