Former dairy giant shutters plant-based protein facility, plans to move production.
Finnish food maker Valio announced it will close the Kauhava-based plant-based protein factory acquired from Raisio in March.
The company said it will relocate production to an alternative manufacturing plant in Joensuu, which currently produces various cheese and powdered milk products.
