Much ado has been made about which plant-based alt-meat and -dairy products are most cost-effective, which are healthiest, and which have the smallest environmental footprint. But as University of Oxford Senior Researcher Marco Springmann notes in a recent study, “the analyses are rarely consistently combined, which limits the ability to identify co-benefits and trade-offs.”
