Series B will fund expanded production capacity and commercialization efforts.
Dutch mycoprotein startup The Protein Brewery has a raised a €30 million (US$35 million) to scale its food ingredients platform ahead of a commercial launch in the US and Singapore.
The Series B round included participation from Invest-NL and the Brabant Development Agency, alongside existing investors Novo Holdings, Unovis Asset Management and Madeli.
