Plantible Foods Inc. announced the closing of a $21.5 million Series A funding round led by Belgium's Astanor Ventures. With this new funding, Plantible has raised a total of $27 million for its vertically integrated platform to produce its Rubi Protein from Lemna (duckweed), the company said in a news release.
