Quebec-based alt-meat maker Gusta has its eyes on the shelf space recently vacated by Yves Veggie Cuisine, the nearly 40-year-old Canadian plant-based analogue maker that was recently shuttered by Hain Celestial Group. The plan is to reproduce some of the discontinued Yves products in flavor and texture.
