Germans seek to create hybrid sausage

Cultivated and conventional pork are combined in developing product.

German cultivated meat start-up Myriameat is collaborating with two undisclosed partners to develop a hybrid pork sausage that combines conventional meat and cultivated cells without the addition of plant-based ingredients.
