Barcelona, Spain-based Novameat announced the introduction of two more plant-based protein products for foodservice: Pulled Lamb Style and Pulled Pork Style, joining its plant-based pulled beef and chicken offerings.
The target market includes other food manufacturers and chefs, as well as home cooks, with plant-based alternatives to types of meat that are less common in the market.
