Rehovot, Israel-based cultivated seafood startup Forsea Foods Ltd. has unveiled a prototype of its cultivated freshwater eel.
Forsea’s culinary team has also been working with executive chef Katsumi Kusumoto of Tokyo vegan restaurant SAIDO to recreate traditional Japanese dishes — unagi kabayaki (grilled eel over rice) and unagi nigiri — with the cultivated seafood. The partnership has…
