Germany’s GoodMills offers new ingredients for plant-based food
Hamburg-based GoodMills Innovation GmbH is unveiling natural ingredient solutions for plant-based products at this year’s Food Ingredients Europe. The new ingredients include texturizers made from wheat, soy and pea proteins, as well as legume flours from yellow peas, chickpeas, red lentils or fava beans.
