Moolec makes acquisition, feels market pains

The first molecular farming company to go public had a busy first quarter.

Moolec Science secured US$50 million in equity funding and acquired ValoraSoy during the first four months of 2023. Despite these apparent wins, the company's stock has fluctuated wildly since it began publicly trading on the Nasdaq on January 3, 2023.
