Food technology company NIZO on Tuesday announced its plans to establish a food innovation park in Ede, the Netherlands, where “start-ups, scale-ups, corporates and knowledge institutions will work closely together on the future of sustainable proteins.”
When completed, the innovation park will include freely accessible facilities, including a food-grade pilot plant as well as NIZO’s Biotechnology Fermentation Factory, which opened in 2024.
