A half-dozen alt-meat start-ups are signed up to participate.
The 2025 iteration of ProVeg Incubator Demo Day is slated for September when 10 start-ups will pitch investors on their businesses making plant-based foods designed to make the food system more sustainable, the European plant-based advocacy group announced.
This year the event is scheduled for Sept. 18. The 13th cohort includes:
