Dutch cultivated meat company Meatable today announced the acquisition of Uncommon Bio’s cultivated meat platform, including key technology, several intellectual property assets and high performing cell lines, and expert staff, the company said in a release.
UK-based Uncommon Bio will focus going forward on its therapeutics business.
