Eric Jenkusky has stepped down from his position as CEO of Columbus, Ohio-based Matrix Food Technologies and also resigned his board seat after nearly three years leading the company that designs and makes three-dimensional nanofiber scaffolds for the cultivation of meat in cellular agriculture.
He noted in a post on his LinkedIn page that “2022 was a tough year for me personally,” noting that both of his parents passed away during the calendar year.…
