Riding the wave of hybrid meat, Dutch companies introduce a new concept for seafood.
Dutch plant-based seafood maker The Vegan Fishmonger has introduced a new hybrid salmon product.
The alt-salmon consists of 54% conventional salmon and 46% plant-based ingredients, including mycoprotein, textured rice flour, potato starch and bamboo fiber.
