North Carolina-based cultivated seafood firm Atlantic Fish Co on Wednesday announced that it has developed a cultivated black sea bass prototype.
The product was created in partnership with the North Carolina Food Innovation Lab (NCFIL), and the organizations hosted a limited tasting of the bass at NCFIL’s facility in Kannapolis, N.C.
