Aleph to set up shop outside Zurich

Cultivated meat firm Aleph Farms last week signed a memorandum of understanding with The Cultured Hub in Switzerland, where it will set up its first European production facility. 

As part of the agreement, Aleph will base its European operations in Kemptthal, northeast of Zurich, easing its ability to bring its Aleph Cuts products to European markets. The Cultured Hub will provide support, infrastructure, services and network connections.
