Planetary launches in Aldi
Foodtech company Planetary has launched its mycoprotein-based chicken filet, which contains only four ingredients, into 242 Aldi stores throughout Switzerland. The product is branded as MyVay Gourmet, the grocer’s store brand, and is priced at parity with conventional chicken.
