Good Catch reeled in by Wicked Kitchen

Plant-based food brand Wicked Kitchen acquired plant-based seafood brand Good Catch’s North American operations in an all-stock deal. In tandem, Good Catch’s parent company Gathered Foods announced that it is now a shareholder of Wicked Kitchen, gaining a seat on the company's board.
