Enifer secures funds to build a mycoprotein ingredient factory in Finland's Uusimaa region.
Fermentation company Enifer has secured a €12 million ($13 million) grant from Business Finland to build a mycoprotein ingredient production facility.
Enifer is currently working with design and engineering company AFRY. The factory is projected to cost €30 million ($32.6 million) and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, with production starting in 2026.
