US grain trader and oilseed processor Bunge Global has announced a purchase agreement to acquire assets linked to the soy crush and concentrate business segments of International Flavors and Fragrances Inc.
Though the financial details were not disclosed, the commodities operations reported about $240 million in revenue for IFF in 2024 and employ roughly 250 workers worldwide.
