Belgium puts alt-meat labeling laws on hold

Ahead of June elections, Belgian government drops attempts to regulate alt-meat labels.

Belgium’s Economy Minister Pierre-Yves Dermagne last week announced that his administration would stop efforts to prevent alt-meat products from using “meaty” terms on the label.
