Chunk Foods is scaling up production of its fermentation-based alt-meat products.
Israeli startup Chunk Foods expects its new manufacturing facility to be complete in June, according to investor Stray Dog Capital.
The facility will be “one of the largest plant-based whole cuts factories in the world,” according to Amos Golan, Chunk’s founder and CEO.
