Plant-based foie gras launches for holidays
French plant-based foods maker Aberyne's flagship Foie Green, vegan foie gras made with cashews, is now available in select gourmet shops in Spain, the UK, America and Switzerland. The product — a direct, one-to-one replacement for conventional foie gras — comes in Original, Espelette Pepper and Truffle flavors.
